Foot Note 2
Contacted Ortho Indy today to ask if they've had the chance to look over my case. They told me they had yet to receive anything from my ortho beyond a referral. They need the office notes. So, I left a message with my ortho via both email and phone to fax those notes ASAP. Since April, folks. I've been waiting to see a surgeon since April.

seriously - I lived in France for 5years and even as a US expat had access to the French medical system - a serious matter was handled by well-trained and experienced physicians one of whom made a real personal sacrifice to assure my prompt care - other Americans with whom I worked tell similar tales
When I was in Australia I had a fantastic experience with their hospitals as well. Everything was so easy and not at all expensive.
This is a mess, they need to get on the ball! They holding things up!
